Our Story

We started as an underdog in the contracting business in 2001. Initially, we offered a single
product to solve the root of every construction problem – cracks. Mastering this solution
helped us discover more about the industry. Over the last 20 years, we have evolved to
become the most trusted partner for the execution of complex and iconic construction
projects in the archipelago. Insight and great execution have been the key factors for
our successes in the subsequent years. We take all our learnings to heart and ensure
premium delivery to exceed customer expectations.

We started venturing into adding different product lines and services beginning
in 2005. In November of that year, we brought in products from Conren Limited,
a manufacturer of waterproofing compounds. In 2009, we became an official
distributor of Korea RE&T, a reputable manufacturer of carbon fibers. Next,
we imported rigid insulations in 2011 from DOW Chemicals, a U.S corporation
and known as the world’s largest chemical company. And in December
of 2014, we further expanded our products and introduced fastening
systems made by Mungo, a Swiss company that specializes in metal,
nylon, and chemical heavy duty fixings.
